Xenia Ignatyeva, a 17 year old tried to take a selfie on a railway bridge in Saint Petersburg. She fell 30 feet and, of course, did not survive the fall. As if that wasn’t enough, she tried to grab live wires and was hit with 1500 volts of electricity.

A Polish couple visited Portugal and fell off the edge of a cliff while trying to capture the moment in a selfie. Their 5 and 6 year old children watched the entire thing. Their parents crossed the safety barrier. A mistake that can’t be undone. Safety barriers are there for a reason after all.
