OTS stands for the over-the-shoulder graphics. They pop up next to the news anchors on our screens. OTS are programmed to automatically show up on the other side of the screen than the one where we see an actual person. Apparently the tech director of this program didn’t know that and a photo of a pig appeared right on the anchor’s face. Such an unpleasant accident.
