Good technical directors are not supposed to be seen or heard. This guy is not that great of a technical director. He didn’t realize the cameras had already started rolling when he was hanging in the studio. He wanted to get out of the shot as quick as possible. Too bad his escape wasn’t subtle at all. The anchor tried to keep it professional but no one really cared about that anymore, the dive was far more interesting.
