According to the theory, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has been stockpiling coffins in a field in Georgia not far from the Centers for Disease Control. In 2008, local citizens became suspicious about the appearance of black, coffin-like shapes that had suddenly appeared in a field – by the thousands. Conspiracy theorists leapt on the idea, stating that clearly, the government was planning for something. A massive amount of deaths, by the looks of things, with one of the favorites being something along the lines of a widespread, zombie-like infection.
